Ōtākou Health Limited - Te Kāika Health Hub, Dunedin
PPL was engaged to provide comprehensive Project Management, Engineer to the Contract, and Client Representative Services for the Ta Kāika Hub. The project was executed through an ECI and Design and Build approach, featuring an integrated fitout for Te Kāika and two Crown tenants. The project was successfully delivered on time and within budget.

St Hildas Collegiate School - Chapel Whitby, Dunedin,
St Hilda's Collegiate School engaged PPL for their latest project, utilising our expertise in Project Management. PPL oversaw the expansion and refurbishment of the school's Chapel and the addition of the new Whitby building, which houses the Library, cafe and student social space. The project was successfully completed on budget and within the agreed programme.
