Recent Projects
Wānaka Powersports - New workshop and Showroom
PPL are engaged as Project Manager and Engineer to the Contract for the new Wanaka Powersports workshop, offices and showroom in Wānaka. The project is nearing completion, and has been successfully delivered utilising a design and build contract with Calder Group.
PPL has provided project governance support, day to day project management, and contract administration services.
The project is scheduled to be handed over June 2026.
University of Otago - Marama Hall Exterior Maintenance
University of Otago Engaged PPL for Project Management and Engineer to the Contract Services. The scope of this heritage project included structural repairs, the remediation of the stone facade and timber joinery, slate roof repairs, painting, and specialist metalwork.

University of Otago - Union Conservatory Replacement
University of Otago Engaged PPL for Project Management and Engineer to the Contract Services. The replacement project was successfully delivered over a four month period opening early semester 1 2025.

Ōtākou Health Limited - Te Kāika Health Hub, Dunedin
PPL was engaged to provide comprehensive Project Management, Engineer to the Contract, and Client Representative Services for the Ta Kāika Hub. The project was executed through an ECI and Design and Build approach, featuring an integrated fitout for Te Kāika and two Crown tenants. The project was successfully delivered on time and within budget.

St Hildas Collegiate School - Chapel Whitby, Dunedin,
St Hilda's Collegiate School engaged PPL for Project Management Services for their latest project. PPL oversaw the expansion and refurbishment of the school's Chapel and the addition of the new Whitby building, which houses the Library, cafe and student social space. The project was successfully completed on budget and within the agreed programme.
